They showed up on time, they were clean and left our bathroom clean. They made the time to check our second toilet for the issues that the first one had. We would call them again.

Very satisfied! I had a broken Water pipe behind my shower/bathtub that needed fixed. Jesus was the service technician and was very efficient, quick and knowledgeable. While he was there he replaced some gaskets in my sink faucet and answered my questions. Same day service and even showed up early. I will hire again if needed.

This was my second time using R.E.D. The first was replacing a leaking water heater and this time repairing a leaking underground water valve. Two different master plumbers each time, but both were punctual, very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable that the job would get done right, both times.
